Help! my laptop wont turn on?
Okay so I was watching a movie and I thought the laptop was going on the screen saver but when I touched the touch pad to make it go back it wouldn't go back and then I pressed the enter key to see if it ill do anything but it didn't. And then I saw that all the nights went off on the front. And it just turned off. Now I can't turn it on. I took the battery out and waiited awhile to turn put it in and press the power key. But it still wouldn't turn on. And I noticded that when I press the power key then the light on the front side indicating to charging was blinking. But when I would stop pressing it would stop. It doesn't need to be charged. Its not indicating that it needs to and also it was fully charged when I was using it. Please help.I have a hp laptopIt doesn't turn on when I take the battery out and plug in the power cable.Nvm guys you were right the power cable wasn't plugged into the outlet my sister unplugged it. ok so i have a DELL vostro 1500 and a LG flat screen tv and i usually use the RGB function which i beleive it should be used with a VGA 15 pin cable WHICH i already have. i used to connect it very easily when the laptop was windws xp by pressing Fn F8 but when i do that now nothing happens and i don't know lot of things about windows 7 so...i appreciate you for ur help thanks

I live in australia and i just got my year 9 laptop. the thing is on the internet nearly all the sites are blocked. it comes up with a message saying BLOCKED SITE. but people in my year have a password that you can use to get on sites like myspace or facebook. Ok heres the deal i have a Gateway M series laptop and one day while skying my friend it just ran out of battery. the computer wont take any charge and i dont know whats wrong with it do you think its the laptop battery or the charger?
The Serial Number on Laptop erased overtime. Help!?
My laptop is about 3 years old now so the Serial Number on the bottom of the computer erased. Does anyone know how to find it other than the sticker at the bottom? I also looked on the Gateway supports page and could not find anything. BTW please don't give me the BELARC link. lol. THANK YOU
